Corrections Policy
TurkicPost welcomes specific, evidence-based corrections. Our aim is to fix verified errors promptly and make material changes transparent.
How to report an error
Email turkicpost@gmail.com with the article URL, the statement you believe is incorrect and a link or document supporting the correction. Please distinguish a factual error from a disagreement of opinion.
How we review requests
- We check the published wording and the source originally used.
- We compare the claim with an authoritative, current source.
- We correct the article when the evidence supports a change.
- For a material correction, we update the page date or add an explanatory note when that context helps readers.
Small spelling, formatting or style changes may be made without a correction note because they do not alter the meaning. We do not remove accurate material merely because it is inconvenient to a person or organisation.
Updates are different from corrections
A fee, timetable or programme rule can change after an article was accurate. Updating that information is maintenance rather than an admission that the original publication was false. Where dates matter, readers should check the article’s last-reviewed note and the linked official source.
For general enquiries, use our contact page. Our wider verification approach appears in the editorial standards.
